Trainer
Teach desk and therapists the product until the first signed note and the first MD one-pager are routine. Go-live is the job.
What you do
- Write and run the desk intake session and the therapist sign-off session.
- Sit through the first week of notes. Correct the workflow, not the SOAP.
- Train referring-MD share so license and state match, and the chart stays in the practice.
What you need
- You have trained clinicians or front desk on software they actually used the next day.
- PT, ATC, or clinic ops background is a plus.
- Travel when a practice needs a person at the oak desk.
