Senior full-stack engineer
Ship the desk, the visit, and the patient app on the same product. Flutter, Next.js, Express, Cloud SQL. You own the path, not a ticket slice.
What you do
- Build and ship in Flutter and Next.js against the Express API on Cloud SQL.
- Keep one tenant per practice. No PHI in git, logs, or Stripe.
- Work the loop: desk intake, signed note, patient at home, MD one-pager.
- Review your own diffs. Tests before “done.”
What you need
- Years shipping production TypeScript or Dart, not tutorials.
- Comfort with Postgres and HTTP APIs.
- Willingness to read the product, not just the ticket.
