What you do
- Map ICD-10 and PT CPT (97161–97164 and the common timed codes) to what HaloPT stores.
- Work 270/271 overlays and what the clinic still has to confirm by hand.
- Write the playbook for ride-along (they keep Prompt) vs replace.
What you need
- Outpatient PT or rehab billing, not only hospital UB-04.
- You can read an EOB and an authorization without a script.
- You will not put payer-review language on a patient-facing screen.
