What you do
- Improve Chirp / Vertex drafts so the therapist spends the hour treating, then signs.
- Keep PHI off training dumps and off the marketing site.
- Measure draft quality with therapists, not with a leaderboard.
What you need
- Shipped LLM or speech work on real user data.
- Healthcare or clinical documentation experience is a plus, not a costume.
- You will not pitch “AI therapist.”
