A practice sends them home with a program and tells them where to open it. That's how this is supposed to work.

The visit continues at home as this clinic's work, on the same chart, with the therapist who treated them still owning the program.

If the printout looks like an EHR extract they skip it, the desk gets the "how do I do this" call, and you reconstruct the next hour from whatever they guessed at on the kitchen floor.

Write the movement so they can follow it. They stay on the plan. The receipt is "I tried this," and it lands with the person who assigned it.
